ACM APC Policy

If you register for a full paper, please note that Open Access is essential for ACM publishing. The registration fee does not include the Article Processing Charge (APC). You must pay the APC separately to ACM.
For conferences publishing under the new model, all ICPS papers will be published Open Access (OA). Many authors qualify for free OA publishing, while others are required to pay an APC.

To determine whether or not an APC is applicable to your paper, please follow these steps:
1. Check if your institution is a member of the ACM Open program.
2. Check if your country is covered by agreements with EIFL or Research4Life and/or classified as a low-income country by the World Bank.
3. Check if your country is classified as a lower-middle-income country by the World Bank.
4. Are you or any of your coauthors an ACM member? If you would like to apply for ACM membership, you may do so here.

For detailed guidance, please visit: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance
The APC will be charged separately by ACM, and an official receipt will be provided. For questions, please contact: icps-info@acm.org
